1. IBT started this project in August 2008. It is an ongoing project. Under this project IBT has established mother tongue based early childhood multilingual education schools in three different locations in the Torwali speaking area.

2. Recently IBT has got some support from the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the preemption of the literature and music of the Torwali, Gawri, Gojri and Pashto language in Swat-Kohistan.

3. IBT has also undertaken initiatives for the documentation of the oral traditions namely poetry, riddles and stories of the Torwali language. IBT has also been involved in the revitalization of the Torwali language and culture by encouraging the writers, poets and singers. This is like a movement and is an ongoing activity of IBT.
